Distribution notices

The repository’s LICENSES.md and generated dependency/build inventory document the versions and notices actually distributed in the deployment images. FFmpeg licensing depends on the compiled codecs and flags; the deployment package records that actual build configuration. This page does not imply all components share a single license.
