CSV / TSV

Delimited text stores tabular cells as rows, using a separator and quoting rules.

Practical considerations

Values are strings by default to preserve identifiers and leading zeros. Choose an explicit delimiter when detection is ambiguous, and enable spreadsheet-safe export for untrusted formula cells.
